Conditions of Use for Freeby Downloads from Calida3d.com

This product can be used in your personal and commercial work with the following conditions:

No files available from our free download section may be given away,resold or redistributed as a standalone product or included in any collections for sale. This includes redistribution in on-line groups for use in signature graphics, on-line galleries, as 2d paintbrushes or paint tubes, versions in on-line virtual worlds (Second Life for example), demo CD's/DVD's, your own personal store, through a 3d broker, other free download galleries etc. 
If you would like to include a free figure, prop, pose or any other file from the download section in a collection of other free items, please mail admin@calida3d.com for permission. We'll most likely say yes, as long as we are given credit and our website is mentioned, but we'd still like to be asked.

Any images in the free download section may be used for projects for print purposes such as greeting cards, graphics for tee-shirts, mouse-pads, book covers, scrap-booking kits etc, and for the web such as website templates, outlook stationary, wallpapers etc. but it would be -really- nice of you to give credit.

All we want is for designers/creative types to be able to use and incorporate these freebies without redistribution, for free or cost.
